The Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do in the U.S.A. is a non-profit corporation formed for the sole purpose of preserving and perpetuating Bruce Lee's art and philosophy and to foster respect for its founder, Bruce Lee. It was established in Seattle, Washington on January 10, 1996 and the Charter members of this organization included Bruce Lee's widow, Linda Lee Cadwell, her daughter, Shannon Lee, 13 original students as well as 4 second generation students.

Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do (Hong Kong) Ltd. is originated from the Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do in the U.S.A. and is responsible for promoting, preserving and perpetuating the philosophy and martial arts developed by Bruce Lee in the regions of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China.
